もっと早く返金できる状況でしたが、今回の場合の返金方法がわからず問合せをしておりました。
購入していただいた商品が説明と相違していたということで、ご迷惑をおかけしてしまい誠に申し訳ありませんでした。今後はこのようなことのないようにいたします。
