ところがそれは翌日に私たちに返送されてきました。

日本郵便の説明ではエアバックベストにはガスボンベが付属しており、飛行機に載せることができないということです。

私たちはメーカーに問い合わせをしました。

ボンベのガスはCO2で引火性はないが、ただ運送規定上は危険物扱いなので飛行機で輸送することはできない、ということです。

方法としてはボンベを外してベストのみを送り、ボンベは現地の代理店で購入することができる、ということです

I have shipped your ordered product on 6 May.

However it was returned to us on the following day.

In the Japan Post explanation, as the Airbag Verst comes with gas and could not load into an airplane.

We asked the manufacture.

They said though the gas in the cylinder is CO2 and not inflammability, but as it is treated a dangerous good on the shipping rules, it cannot be air shipped.

They say as a way, to ship the best without the bottle and so bottles can be purchased at local dealer.
