私たちはメーカーに問い合わせをしました。

ボンベのガスはCO2で引火性はないが、ただ運送規定上は危険物扱いなので飛行機で輸送することはできない、ということです。

方法としてはボンベを外してベストのみを送り、ボンベは現地の代理店で購入することができる、ということです

We shipped out your ordered items on May 6.

However, they were returned to us next day.

According to the explanation Japan Post Office, they say they can't load them because the air back vest is attached the gas canister.

We inquired to the manufacturer.
Gas of canister is CO2 so that it is not flammable. However, it is treated as the dangerous thing on the transportation rule, so it can not be transferred by air.

They say that we can send only vest without canister and you can purchase it from the local agency.
