Awful! That's not very loyal attitude to customers.
Due to the rust I must give a discount to my customers. I lose my profit.
Here is my suggesting for a solution.
If you deposit 40 dollars as a discount to my PAYPAL account, I will close my complaint out.
If not, I will demand full refund in accordance with PAYPAL's buyer protection program for 45 days.
