セブは想像以上に国が貧しく，一見華やかに見える場所もよく見れば日本とは比べ物にならないくらい杜撰であることがほとんどです。
では，フィリピン全てが杜撰かと言われれば，そんなことはありません。高等教育を受けた若い人達は日本人よりもアグレッシブで夢にあふれています。これが日本との一番の違いを感じた点でした。

フィリピンに行って受ける刺激は英語ではありません。このアグレッシブな若者たちに出会うことで受ける刺激こそがフィリピンの魅力と言えるでしょう。

Cebu is poorer than I though and it looks gorgeous but if you look deeply it is lose compared to Japan.
Not entire Philippine is lose. Youth who have high education are very aggressive than young Japanese people and they have full of dreams. It is the biggest differences from Japan.
