セブは想像以上に国が貧しく，一見華やかに見える場所もよく見れば日本とは比べ物にならないくらい杜撰であることがほとんどです。
では，フィリピン全てが杜撰かと言われれば，そんなことはありません。高等教育を受けた若い人達は日本人よりもアグレッシブで夢にあふれています。これが日本との一番の違いを感じた点でした。

フィリピンに行って受ける刺激は英語ではありません。このアグレッシブな若者たちに出会うことで受ける刺激こそがフィリピンの魅力と言えるでしょう。

Cebu is a poor place more than you imagine, and even the place which looks gorgeous is extremely sloppy compared to Japan when you look at the details.
But I can't say all the areas in the Philippines are sloppy. The young people who got a high education are more aggressive and full of dreams. That's the most different part I felt from Japanese people.

The stimulus you can get in the Philippines is not English. The stimulus you can get when you meet the young people can be the most attractive in the Philippines.
