復旧先ホストが既にオーバーコミットを用いている場合，復旧するVMの要求資源は全てオーバーコミットされることになる．そのため，他のVMに影響を与えるこの問題はより顕著に発生しやすくなる．つまり，少しの負荷でも他のVMにすぐに影響を与えてしまう問題が生じる．したがって，オーバーコミットに期待した縮退環境に移行するには，復旧先ホストごとに過剰にオーバーコミットされないようなVMの再配置を行い，縮退に伴うオーバーコミット自体を低減する必要がある．

In case that the recovery host has already over committed, all the resource requirements of VMs to be recovered are eventually overcommitted. As a result, this problem which will affect other VMs tends to occur more remarkably. In other words, the problem will be caused even with a little loads and immediately affect other VMs. Therefore, in order to transfer to a retrieved environments expected for over-commitments, it needs to reallot the VM for respective recovery hosts as a prevention against the excessive over-commitment, and needs to alleviate the over-commitment itself which might be caused as a result of retraction.
