本日　商品代金を支払いしました。申し訳ないですが、請求金額の半分以下になります。
理由としては、現在資金がないからです。しかし、近々お客さんから入金予定があるので、必ず来月には、残りの請求金額を支払うことができます。価格表には、今月までは価格を変更しないと記載されているので、前金あるので支払いが遅れる事をメーカーに交渉して頂けませんでしょうか。商品は、全額入金してからの出荷で問題ありません。弊社が希望している価格の場合は、商品をいくつ発注したらよろしいでしょうか。

If your prices is going on, when should we ship the products?
