本日　商品代金を支払いしました。申し訳ないですが、請求金額の半分以下になります。
理由としては、現在資金がないからです。しかし、近々お客さんから入金予定があるので、必ず来月には、残りの請求金額を支払うことができます。価格表には、今月までは価格を変更しないと記載されているので、前金あるので支払いが遅れる事をメーカーに交渉して頂けませんでしょうか。商品は、全額入金してからの出荷で問題ありません。弊社が希望している価格の場合は、商品をいくつ発注したらよろしいでしょうか。

I made payment for the item price today. I am really sorry, but the amount I paid is less then the half of the amount charged.
The reason is that I don't have enough money with me. However, I will have a scheduled deposit from my customer, so I cam make sure to pay the remaining amount of money charged next month. As the price would not be changed by the end of this month according to the price list, can you please negotiate with the manufacturer to let them accept the delay of my payment because I already paid the deposit? It is fine for you to make shipment of the item after I make a full payment. In the case you can accept the price which we offered, how much quantity should we place an order to you?
