本日、アメックスカードの30%OFFが適用されていないことに気がつきました。
カスタマサービスにチャットで質問をしたところ、
「有効期限切れのため、再度適用ができるように上司に確認をします」
と言われました。

私は2011年から6年間御社を利用させていただいておりますが、
今後も一緒にビジネスをしたいと思っていますので、
引き続き30%OFFの適用をお願いいたします。

もし出来ない場合は、料金が高くなるので他社への乗換を検討する必要があります。
何卒ご検討のほど宜しくお願い致します。

Today, I noticed that 30% discount of Amex card had not been applied.
I asked customer service via chat, I was told that "Since expiration date had passed, I will check with the boss so it can be applied again."

I have been using your company service for 6 years since 2011, and I wish to continue doing business together, so I appreciate that you continue applying 30% discount.

If it's not possible, the price will go up so I need to consider switching to other company.
