これまで疑わしい部品を交換してきましたが、
効果が認められませんでした。
原因はソフトウエアにあると思われます。

電源落ちの際、PLCの状態を調べようとしても
PLCが入力も出力もできない状態になります。
（RS232Cを引き抜いても、ｼｬｯﾄﾀﾞｳﾝしません、ﾓﾆﾀｰをつないでも何も映りません）
※windowsが落ちてるようです。
原因を調査する際どのような方法が有効でしょうか？
※ＰＬＣは過去に新品と交換した事があります。

I have exchanged the parts with defect, but it has not been effective.
Its cause must be the software.

I tried to check the condition of PLC when the power turned off.
But PLC is neither input nor output.
(It does not shut down if I plug off RS 232C. Nothing appears if I connect the motor.)
*Windows must be off.
What kind of method will be effective if I check the cause?
*I have exchanged the PLC with the new one before.
