我々は御社の製品を日本の専門店に向けての卸売と同時に、自社ネットショップや日本のAMAZONでの小売も検討しています。
御社の日本代理店はまだ存在しないということなので、我々が日本のAMAZONで御社製品を販売することは問題ありませんか？

例えば下記ページですと、〇〇という販売者一人ですが彼だけがこの商品の日本での独占販売権を持っている訳ではないですよね？　我々も同じページで、この商品を販売する予定なので念のために確認させて頂きました。
