三脚の接続とハンドルが付いているアームに不良箇所が発見されました。
中間のアームと接続する部分の長さが短くなっています。
不良パーツは写真では2つですが、全部で3つありました。
販売先から、返送されていないため撮影できませんでした。

添付した写真を確認してください。
左にあるアームが通常の接続部の長さです。
残りの2つの接続部は短くなって、固定ができません。

明日、新たに6台のカメラクレーンをオーダーもする予定なので
同時に交換商品の3つのアームも発送できますか？

I have found some defects on the tripod connection and arm handle that I ordered.
Middle part on the arm and connected area were short in length.
Defective parts are two on this photo, but there are three.
I was unable to take a photo since the store has not returned the product yet.

Please check the attached photo.
Left arm shown on the photo should be the actual length for the connector.
Other two were shorten so that I was unable to immobilize.

Would it possible to deliver those three arms for the replacemnt together with 6 camera cranes that I order tomorrow?
