English

As these kinds of books are usually initially read to children from a parent however, I would exercise caution. In some secondary languages the phonics that are present in the English language do not necessarily translate so well when exported to other languages. When considering Japanese learners especially there are some phonics that prove to be rather difficult.

このような本は通常両親が初めに子どもたちに読み聞かせますが、注意することがあります。第二言語の中には、英語には存在するフォニックスが、他の言語に持ち出された時に必ずしもうまく合わないものがあります。特に、日本人の学習者を考慮すると、難しいフォニックスがいくつかあります。
