連絡ありがとう。
私は日本人のため米国での物件売買の商習慣をよく知りません。
そのため、いただいたメール内容の意図がよく理解できずにいます。
今回もらったメールの内容は「修繕に1万ドルかかるので、修繕して売り出すのか、売値(2万4900ドル)から1万ドルを差し引いた値で売り出すのか、私に判断して欲しい」という意味でしょうか?
私が適切に判断できるように、今の状況と私が判断すべき事をもう少し詳しく教えてもらえませんか?

Therefore unfortunately I cannot understand the intention of the e-mail you just sent to me.
Do you mean, "As it would cost 10,000 dollars, I would like you to decide whether I should sell it out after repairing or should sell it in the price where 10,000 dollars are subtracted from the selling price, 24,900 dollars." by the e-mail?
Can you please tell me a little more details about the current situation and what I should decide in order for me to make an appropriate judgement?
