2月23日にKhalife様からご注文頂きましたDeadpoolのフィギュアの商品ですが
当社で2月23日に発送手続きを終えた後、日本からアメリカへ送ったという確認は取れたのですが、アメリカの通関時に商品の行方が分からなくなったと配送業者から連絡がありました
こちらの商品は現在他に在庫がなく、代金を返金させていただくしか方法がございません
このような予想外の事態がおこるとは予想できていませんでした
大変申し訳ありません。このようなことは二度と起きないようにします

Regarding the figure of Deadpool which you placed an order for on February 23rd,
we could confirm that the item was sent from Japan to the US after we finished the arrangement of the shipment on February 23rd, but the delivery agency told that the item got missing when the item was cleared the customs in the US.
Unfortunately we have no more stock of this item now, so we can only issue a refund for the item price to you.
We are very sorry that we could not imagine such unexpected incident would happen. We deeply apologize about that.
We promise that we would try to avoid such thing again.
