先日ご連絡しました通り、本日は子供の小児科検診立ち合いや、各役所などで子供の書類上の手続きや申請を行います為、基本業務はリモートで社外から行います。

As I informed you the other day, I will work on my basic assignments remotely from outside of the office because I have a doctor appointment of the pediatric department with my child and I need to go to the bureau to apply the papers regarding affairs of my child.
