値引きのオファーをしていただいた画面では送料が無料になっていますので、なぜ$7.7の送料を支払う必要があるのか全く理解できません。$7.7を支払うのであれば、商品の値引きをせずにebayで送料無料で購入した方が安くなります。もし送料無料にできないのであれば、注文のキャンセルをお願いします。もし、ご納得いただけない場合は、本件をebayに報告します。

In the page where you offered the discount, the shipping fee is indicated as free, so I cannot understand why I have to pay $7.7 shipping fee at all. If I have to pay $7.7, it would be cheaper for me to buy it on eBay without any discount with free shipping fee. If you cannot make the transaction with free shipping fee, please cancel the order. In case you would not be convinced, I will report this case to eBay.
