先日クラウンIC150を購入させていただいたものです。機能を確認させていただきましたが、全く音が出ません。セッティングは間違っていません。また”FOR　FLAT”のボタンが壊れています。写真にはちゃんとついていました。修理をしますので、金額の半分、ご返金いただけますでしょうか？非常に困っております。

I purchased Crown IC150 recently from you. I checked the features, however it does not work noises. The setting is not wrong. Also, "FOR FLAT" button is broken. The picture has that button. I will send this Crown IC150 to repair. Can you pay back the half price for me? I have a very hard time of it.
