電波時計は、日本国内で受信が可能であることを確認し発送していますが、地域や地形などによっては電波を受信できない場合があります。
その場合は、手動での時刻合わせをお願いしています。
商品の返品は、商品到着後30日以内であれば可能でしたが、既に30日を過ぎておりますので、残念ながら返品もお受けできません。
お客様にはご不便をおかけしますが、これまでどおりのご対応をお願いします。

You were allowed to return it if it is within 30 days after receiving the item. However,
as the 30 days have passed, I hate to say that I cannot returned item.
