FULL: Will hit the ball the maximum distance possible if a full swing is used

PUNCH: A shot that is played back in your stance and comes out lower than normal. It will not travel as far as a Full swing shot

PITCH: A short shot that is played when the ball is too close to the green for a Full swing. The shot is played with a lofted club and will travel in the air and land on the green with some roll

CHIP: A shot that is played when very close to the green but not on it. The ball will stay in the air for a short amount of time and then roll towards the cup
