ＳさんもＫさんも、土曜日のカンパニーディナーは、既に随分前から当日の予定が入っており、
ご参加できないそうです。

以下は、彼らの旅程になります。二人とも同じ日程で移動します。

I contacted the headquarters in Tokyo to confirm the schedule.
Neither Mr. S nor Ms. K will be able to attend the dinner party organized by the company for Saturday
as their schedules have been fixed before.

The following is their itinerary. Both will move on the same itinerary.
I am also confirming our exhibition booth to learn the date of their arrival.

Departing Narita Airport at 4:40 PM NH Flight 010 on Friday, February 17
Arriving at New York (JFK Airport) at 3:10 PM on Friday, February 17

Returning
Departing New York (JFK Airport) at 10:45 AM NH Flight 009 on Tuesday, February 21
Arriving at Narita Airport at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 22
