ＳさんもＫさんも、土曜日のカンパニーディナーは、既に随分前から当日の予定が入っており、
ご参加できないそうです。
以下は、彼らの旅程になります。二人とも同じ日程で移動します。
現在弊社展示ブースへの来訪日を別途確認しております。

I have checked with the Tokyo Headquarters.
Neither S nor K can make it to the Saturday company dinner as they have already had a prior arrangement on that day since a long while ago.
