English

I got notification from customer same as previous time as authentication error.
Customer is now considering for purchase license key of software.
If customer purchase license key of software, is it possible to delete message of "trial version" ?

I have never seen the screen after start this software because I have never use that.
If I use enclosed software for trial, is message of "trial version" displayed on screen?

corrected
I got a notification from the same customer as who has previously contacted me (or us) about the authentication error.
The customer is now considering to purchase a license key of the software.
If this customer purchases a license key of the software, is it possible to delete the message saying "trial version" ?

I have never seen the screen after starting this software because I have never used it.
By using the enclosed trial software, is the message of "trial version" continue to be displayed on screen?

*It is not wrong, but will be more official to use "I received" instead of "I got".
*a license key of a software -> you could also say "a software license key" to be short
*again, it is not grammatically wrong, but it might be more natural to say "I have not seen the starting screen..."
