FeedbackFive currently supports the US, UK, CA, DE, FR, IT, ES, IN and MX marketplaces, each with language-specific email templates. The user must maintain separate accounts for each.
Customers that maintain two or more accounts are eligible for reduced pricing. The standard discount structure is as follows:
15% off accounts 2-5*
25% off accounts 6 and above*
*The discount(s) will be applied to all accounts but the highest plan level selected. Offer subject to change without notice. Some restrictions may apply.
To add another Amazon store / FeedbackFive account:
(1) Log in as service@yamamuro.biz
(2) Click on the drop down list located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen (where you see your store name).
