委託元より受領している書類を一通りお送りします。
これらは前回の代理人から委託元宛の報告書類（日本語）となります。
委託元も、agreementは1件のみしか手元にないとのことです。

いま再確認したところ、REF 000034833については、60,000ユーザー（12,000ユーザー×5年分）として申請すべきだったかもしれません。これについては委託元に確認しておきますが、とりあえずとしては先般の条件で2017年1月当初からの利用許諾をいただけるように手続きいただけますと幸いです。

This will be the report documents(Japanese) to the contractor from the previous surrogate.
According to the contractor, there is only one agreement at hand.

As I checked it now, I should have claimed 60,000users( 12,000users x5years) regarding REF 000034833.
I will confirm with the contractor about this matter, but at this point, I'd appreciate it very much if you could proceed to use a consent starting from the beginning of January of 2017 as planned.
