もともと、以前より許諾いただいている記事の更新であり、1カ月以上前よりお願いしていることですので、
極力年内にagreementの発行をお願いいたします。
どうしても無理な場合でも、最低限、「agreementの発行は翌年に持ち越すが、記事は引き続き利用してもいい」旨を年内に返信いただいたうえで、agreementの発行日付を年内としていただきますようお願いいたします。

If it is not possible at any cost, at least please reply to me with a statement such as "although we will issue the agreement in the next year, you may continue to use the article," and declare the issue date of agreement in this year.
