12月13日に発送は完了しています。トラッキングナンバーを確認したところ14日に東京からチリに向けて発送になっていますがその後アップデートされていません。郵便局に調査依頼を出しましたが1ヶ月ほどかかるという事です。結果が出たら連絡します。もしその間にあなたが商品を受け取ったら私に連絡して下さい。お待たせしてしまってすみません。

The shipment has been completed on Dec 13. When I confirmed trucking number, the status of shipping was departure from Tokyo to Chile, but thereafter it hasn’t been updated. I ordered post office to investigation of the shipping, but it will be spent about 1 month. I will inform you once I get the result. If you receive the shipment before my contact, please notify me.
