では受注した際、私たちセラーがお客様の年齢を確認しなければならないのでしょうか？

それはメールでの確認で良いのでしょうか？

それともAmazonのシステムで確認する方法があるのでしょうか？

もしくはこれらの製品は販売の許可が必要なのでしょうか？

当社は刃物製品を今後扱わないことで特に問題はありません。

しかし現在同じ商品をもう一つ受注しております。

この扱いに関して助言をお願いします。

発送期限が近付いておりますのでご指導よろしくお願いいたします。

When we receive an order, should we, the seller, confirm the age of the customer?

Are we allowed to do so by email?

Or is there such a system on Amazon where we can confirm it?

Or should we get a permission for selling these products?

It will be OK for us no to sell any knives in the future.

However, we have currently another order for the same product.

Please advise what we should do with it.

Since we have to ship it soon, I would appreciate your prompt response.
