上記図の物流業者の業務部分をBに委託する方法です。
以前お話しした通りBの体制は決して信用できるものではなく、かばうつもりは全くありませんが、確かなことは輸入業務・入庫・管理・出荷業務からなる一連作業の充分な経験があることであり、システムを一から構築する必要がなく、これまで通りスムーズに流通が可能なことが最大のメリットです。
逆に言えば物流だけはしっかりできるということです。
