最初の面談の際にAの設立は現実的ではないとのお話でしたが、のちに日本市場報告をご覧いただいて、多少なりとも設立検討の興味を持って頂けたのではないでしょうか。
子会社Aの設立ではなく、あくまでも「支店」です。
とはいえ「子会社」と「支店」は登記や課税、事務処理の点など、それぞれにメリットデメリットがあるのでどちらが適しているかは綿密な検討が必要なため、とても私が決められる案件ではありません。
