もし不備がありましたら返金させて頂きます。ご迷惑をおかけいたしましたので全額でも構いません。

またお電話でのご連絡ですが時差があり、また今の時期は日々膨大なオーダーに対処しているため
ご満足のいくご対応ができません。

到着が送れております、日本からの商品については受取拒否をすれば日本へ再び戻ります。
あるいは受け取っていただいても構いません。
何卒宜しくお願いいたします。

I am sorry for having confused you.
The other day, we purchased the items which we let you know about. All of them will arrive by the 15th.

If there is any defective item, we will issue a refund. As we have caused you a lot of trouble, we are willing to issue a full refund if you like us to do so.

Regarding the talk over the phone, we are afraid we cannot fully provide satisfying support because there is some time difference and we now are very busy in coping with an enormous number of orders at this period.

Regarding the item whose delivery from Japan is behind the schedule, it would be sent back to Japan if you refuse to receive it.
Or, you can accept it if you don't mind.
