By the way, regarding the snack which I bought and sent by EMS last month, it has been suspended in the customs of Mexico. The following is the tracking number, so can you please ask your local post office once? We requested to investigate the current status, but it would take many months because the item is already in Mexico. I think probably you can get the detailed information quicker if you make inquiry directly to your local post office. I am sorry for bothering you, but I appreciate your help.
