この予定に加えて、AAA（←学会の名前）終了後、A大学のB先生とC大学のD先生からの依頼で、京都と名古屋で講演をなさる予定だとお伺いしています。
京都での滞在は19日～22日、名古屋での滞在は22日～23日、23日には成田空港からPhoenixへお帰りになるとのこと。各都市での詳細スケジュールに関するお知らせは別途、各先生方から入るはずなので、しばらくお待ち下さい。

I have heard that you will give a lecture in Kyoto and Nagoya after the AAA is finished, in addition to this schedule, at the request by Professor B in A University and Professor D in C University.
