本日、ＮＥＣのＥＲＰチームと会議を行った際、12月9日に予定されているトムとの会議について、ＮＥＣ側から、次の通り一部変更したいと要望がありました。私は、これを了解しましたので、ご参考まで報告します。
１．場所： ＩＢＭ会議室に変更
２．参加者： 山田様が参加する
３．アジェンダの議論ポイントに関しては、現在作成中です。出来次第、連絡します。
新しい情報が入り次第、逐次、ご報告します。

We had a meeting with NEC's EPR team today, and NEC side requested to make partial change to meeting with Tom scheduled on December 9th as follows. I accepted this request and would like to let you know for your reference.
1. Place : Change to IBM meeting room
2. Participant: Mr. Yamada will attend
3. Points to be discussed for agenda is currently under preparation. I will inform you as soon as they are finalized.
