Could you be satisfied with the condition I proposed?

I purchased this model form the collector.
I'm not sure the reason the light and door don't work, but I think it would be repaired by the arrangement since I heard from the collector that all parts are in there.
However, I can't guarantee it so I'm selling this model as parts.
Please consider the possibility you can't fix it by the model, then make a bid with price you can agree it.
