本日商品が到着しましたが、商品が不足しいます。

時計を4本と箱を4つ注文しましたが、本日到着したのは時計が2本と箱一つだけです。
そのうち一本は、注文したものとは違う箱に入って届きました。

不足している時計2本と箱3つは、いつ届きますか？

また、画像のように商品をOEMで作る場合、1本の単価はいくらになりますか？納期と支払い方法も教えてください。

The goods has arrived but not fulfilled.
I placed order for 4 pieces of watch and 4 boxes but what I got today was just 2 watches and 1 box.
Among those, there was one that appeared in different box with one I placed order.
when will The unfulfilled 2 watches and 3 boxes be shipped?

I sent the picture so can you confirm about that?

Besides, If I have goods like picture produced by OEM, How much does one piece cost? Could you tell me the payment and delivery date as well by this case?
