私の方から特に連絡を入れた覚えはないのですが、注文の発送が止まっていることは理解致しました。
しかし何分英語が苦手なため、3で始まるコードというものが分かりません。
いつものように注文したつもりですが、何が引っかかったのかも理解出来ません。
私のクレジットカードには問題ありません。
理由が分からないので再注文するにも不安がありますが、一度キャンセルさせて下さい。
もう一度再注文させて頂きます。

I do not think I have contacted to you,
but I understand the delivery of my order was interrupted.
As I do not understand English well, I do not understand what is the code beginning with 3.
I do not understand either what was wrong as I have ordered as usual.
My credit card has no problem.
I would like to cancel first, I’m anxious even to order again as I do not understand the reason why of this incident.
I will try to order again.
