同じ商品を再度購入し送れないか仕入元店舗を複数確認してみましたが、日本国内でも品切れで入手が極めて難しいため、全額返金、又は代品の送付でご容赦頂けないでしょうか。代品送付とした場合、先に送った商品が遅れて到着してもその費用をお支払頂く必要はありません。商品を楽しみにお待ち頂いていたところご迷惑をおかけしましたこと深くお詫び申し上げます。代品として送付可能な商品は、Aショップ限定のB,C（ピンク色のD)です。もし同一価格帯でお探しの商品があれば、こちらで探すことも出来ます。

I asked several source stores of supply if they could purchase the same item again and ship them. According to them, it is out of stock in Japan so it is very hard to get it. I am wondering if it is alright with you that we refund the amount in full or we send you something similar. You will not need to pay again in case the one you wanted arrive later after you get the substitute. I am very sorry that you have had to wait for such a long time. The substitute items I am thinking about is either B or C (pink D), which is sold only in shop A. I will be happy to look for other ones if you want something else at around the same price.
