同じ商品を再度購入し送れないか仕入元店舗を複数確認してみましたが、日本国内でも品切れで入手が極めて難しいため、全額返金、又は代品の送付でご容赦頂けないでしょうか。代品送付とした場合、先に送った商品が遅れて到着してもその費用をお支払頂く必要はありません。商品を楽しみにお待ち頂いていたところご迷惑をおかけしましたこと深くお詫び申し上げます。代品として送付可能な商品は、Aショップ限定のB,C(ピンク色のD)です。もし同一価格帯でお探しの商品があれば、こちらで探すことも出来ます。

If you desire a substitute item, as the previous item I sent arrived late, there is no need for you to pay the cost. I apologize very much for causing this trouble of having to wait before you could enjoy your item. The item which I can send as a substitute is B or C (or a pink D) from A shop's limited items.
