しかしながら、本製品を利用いただいたにも関わらず、患者様の包帯が濡れてしまったとのことで、心からお詫びを申し上げます。メーカーの責任としてお買上代金を全額を返金させていただきました。お忙しい中恐れ入りますが水が侵入した理由について、アドバイスをちょうだいできないでしょうか？
１．Siliconの間口が足の太さに比べて大きすぎた
２．Siliconのサイズはフィットしたものの水が侵入した
３．製品のサイズが短すぎた

I hate to ask you while you are busy, but would you advise us the reason that water went into it?

1. Opening of silicon was too large in comparison with thickness of the foot.
2. Size of the silicon fit, but water went into it.
3. Size of the item was too short.
