昨日、船会社に確認したところ、　手違いによりあなたの車の仕向け地は南アフリカのDURBAN港ではなく、タンザニアのDAR ES SALAAM 港であることが判明しました。　我々は船会社に行き先の変更を依頼しましたが不可能でした。　
誠に申し訳ございませんが、タンザニアのDAR ES SALAAM港で車を引き取るように手配していただきますようお願いいたします。　
この度は大変ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。

We checked your shipment detail to the shipping company yesterday, it was send to DAR ES SALAAM in Tanzania instead of DURBAN in South Africa by our mistake. It is not possible to change the destination even though we requested to the shipping company. We are deeply apologize that giving you inconvenience but please receive your car at the DAR ES SALAAM in Tanzania.
We apologize for all the trouble we have caused for this
