I request you to please return the item to us using any carrier (without our label) and please write back us with the invoice of the return shipping charges so that we will issue full refund of the return charges for you.

if I generate a return label from my system it will only generate a return label to your delivery address of U.S.
In this case I would suggest you that please return the item to our return address back to us, via any economical air mail method(you can go with EMS) and let us know what your return shipping costs were. We'll then refund you this expense that you pay for the return shipping. Please indicate the reason for return on a paper and paste it on the package and ship the package to:
1. いずれの配送会社（で弊社のラベルなしで）を利用していただいても結構ですので商品の返品していただき、返送配送料金の請求書を添えてご連絡ください。そうしていただければ全額返金差し上げることができます。
2．私のシステムで返品用ラベルを作成した場合、お客様のアメリカ国内の住所のみが記載された返品ラベルとなります。
この場合、経済的な航空配送方法であれば（EMSも可）いずれを利用していただいてもかまいませんので、商品を弊社の返送用住所にお送りいただき、返品にかかった送料をお知らせください。返品にかかった配送料金をこちらより返金致します。返品理由をご記入いただき、その用紙をパッケージ上に添付いただき以下の住所までお送りください。
