商品が破損して到着したとのことご迷惑をおかけし大変恐縮です。まずは破損状況が分かる写真を送って下さい。ご連絡頂いた内容から輸送途中に破損した可能性があります。また商品製造元に責任があるケースも考えられます。なお輸送中破損の場合保険により補償が受けられるため、荷物を包装した梱包材、箱等は、全て捨てずにそのまま保管して下さい。これら条件が揃わないと、補償が受けられなくなりますのでご注意下さい。何れにせよ対応にご満足頂ける様努力します。お手数ですが写真と梱包材保管にご協力ください。

We are really sorry for the inconvenience about the product which had a damage when it arrived there. In the first place, please send us a picture to show us the situation. It might had the damage during the shipping according to the situation that you told us. Or it might be a manufacturer's responsibility. However, a shipping damage is going to be compensated by insurance so, please keep the packages, boxes that is used to pack the product. Please make sure without the certain evidence you might not get a compensation. In any case, we will do our best to make you be satisfied. We are sorry for your pains, but please cooperate us about the picture and keeping the packages.
