先日、山田さんから、トムと山田さんが１月８日に会う予定だと連絡があり、彼は会う事を楽しみにしていました。
前回、トムが来日する予定の時には、私は、ＮＥＣの佐藤さんとＩＢＭの山田さんが一緒にトムと会う事で調整をしました。今回は、どのような形でトムと会うかを、再度、二人と調整を図ります。なお、今、私が確認した所、佐藤さんは出張で今日は連絡がつかない事が分かりました。明日以降、私は、二人と調整が着き次第、直ちに貴方にご報告したいと思います。

貴方のお考えがあれば、事前に教えてください。

Mr. Yamada informed me that he was going to meet Tom on January 8th, the other day.
He was looking forward to seeing him.
I arranged that Mr.Sato of NEC and Mr.Yamada of IBM would met Tom together when Tom came to Japan in the previous time.
I will arranged the schedule with them again in what kind of situation they meet Tom in this time. As I confirmed, Mr. Sato is on business trip and I can't reach him today. After tomorrow, I will let you know once I coordinate with them.
