オークリーのディスプレイケースのアクリル板が２つ割れておりました。先ほど、アクリル板を２枚購入してきました。納品請求書も一緒に添付しますので、ご返金ください。お願い致します。
また、マッキントッシュの修理代もご請求します。音が全く音が出ません。今も、保管したまま、何も手をつけられない状態です。修理に出すと見積もり料で２５０ドルといわれました。先日、断固拒否されましたが、半分で結構ですので１２５ドルご返金いただけませんか？
本当に困っております。よろしくお願い致します。

Two acrylic boards of the オークリー display case were cracked. I have just bought two acrylic boards to repair it. Kindly please refund me. I attach herewith the debit note.

I also request you to refund me for the repair cost for McIntosh. It does not emit sound at all. It is still in my possession, but I do not know what to do with it. They said that it costs around $250 to repair it. You have absolutely denied to refund me the other day, but I would like you to refund me, at least a half value of the price, e.g. $125.

It is really a problem for me. Kindly please consider my proposal.
