Hi there, I purchased the Yamaha silent bass from you a few weeks ago. I've been struggling for a couple weeks now with the action on the bass. It is too high even with the bridge adjusted to the lowest setting. It seems like the curve on the neck (fringerboard) is too much. Is there anyway you can help with that? I can take it to David Gage (New York) to have them to take a look at the neck. If there's a problem I might have to send back the bass. Is there anything you can help?

こんにちは。何週間か前に、ヤマハのサイレントベースを貴社から購入しました。数週間、弦高調整に苦労しています。一番低い設定にブリッジを調整しても高すぎるのです。ネック（指板）がカーブしすぎているように感じます。本件について貴社に何かしていただくことは可能でしょうか？デビット・ゲイジ（ニューヨーク）の店に持って行き、ネックを見てもらうことはできます。もし問題があれば、このベースを返品しないといけないかもしれません。貴社にてできることがあればご教示ください。
