２．発送先の郵便番号を○○としています。しかし運送会社によってはこの郵便番号が登録できないことがあるようです。その場合は郵便番号を△△で発送していただきたいです。それ以外の住所は変更ありません。郵便番号が○○でも△△でも、どちらでも私は受け取ることが可能です。

I am afraid you should exclude English from the list of the languages you have a command of. This translation has too many elementary mistakes.
