7月中旬にWebフォームで問い合わせた際、商品代金全額($100)を返金して頂けるとのことでしたが、まだ一部($10)しか返金されておらず、残りの金額($90)がまだ返金されていません。クレジット会社に問い合わせましたが、残りの金額について貴社からの返金手続きの連絡をまだ受けていないとのことです。なお、$10の返金についてはクレジット会社経由での受け取りが完了しています。$10の返金に関する返金明細書を本フォームに添付します。早急に全額を返金して頂くようお願いします。

When I inquired via web form in mid-July, you told me that you would refund the full cost I paid for the product ($100), however I only received a part of it ($10) yet and have not gotten the rest of the cost back ($90). I made an inquiry to the credit card company, yet they told me that they have not received a contact from you to continue with the refund procedure about the rest of the cost. Also, as for the $10 refund, the process of receiving it via credit card company was completed. I will attach the refund statement regarding the $10 refund to this form. Please do kindly refund the full cost as soon as possible.
