7月中旬にWebフォームで問い合わせた際、商品代金全額($100)を返金して頂けるとのことでしたが、まだ一部($10)しか返金されておらず、残りの金額($90)がまだ返金されていません。クレジット会社に問い合わせましたが、残りの金額について貴社からの返金手続きの連絡をまだ受けていないとのことです。なお、$10の返金についてはクレジット会社経由での受け取りが完了しています。$10の返金に関する返金明細書を本フォームに添付します。早急に全額を返金して頂くようお願いします。
When I asked in the form of website in the middle of July, you said that you were supposed to refund me 100 dollars for the item. But only 10 dollars have been refunded, and remaining 90 dollars have not been refunded yet. I inquired credit card company. They said that they have not heard from you about arrangement of refund. As for 10 dollars, I had received it via credit card company. I will attach breakdown of refund regarding returning 10 dollars. Please refund me in full immediately.
